Nestled between the rolling Pentland Hills and the Firth of Forth, Edinburgh – Scotland’s beautiful capital city - is a premier location for an English language course. The city really does have the best of everything – stunning architecture, abundant green space, world famous museums, art galleries and theatres, a high cultural profile and a lively social scene with many first class restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. 

The historic city centre is a designated World Heritage site and, because of its compact size the many attractions are easily explored on foot. There is a good transport network as well as direct links to many other cities throughout the UK and overseas. It’s not difficult to find a suitable place to stay as there are lots of accommodation options from 5 stars hotels to student hostels.  Just remember to book early for August accommodation.  It gets very busy here in Edinburgh!
