Is the material included?

Yes, all material is included, both books and CDs. We will give you new material whenever your group finishes a book and moves on to the next level.

Can I start midweek if I'm interested in taking a daytime intensive course?

Yes, you can. Provided you then continue your lessons on the following week, you can always start in the middle of the week. The price will be adjusted accordingly.

What happens if the level is wrong?

Your level will be assessed by one of our teachers prior to commencing the lessons. The assessment is free of charge and consists of a short interview (10-15 minutes). The teacher will then have an idea or your exact level. However, if once the course is started both teacher and student feel the level of the group is not right for you, we will always try and place you in some other running group or offer you a different alternative.

I'm interested in taking a daytime intensive course for four weeks and want to benefit from the discount. Can I pay in instalments?

We do offer a discount for people who come for several weeks, but only if they pay in advance.

What happens if I miss one lesson?

We are afraid there is no refund or re-scheduling for missed group lessons. However, the teacher will be happy to tell you what they covered the day you missed and also do some revision at the beginning of the lesson so you don't feel lost.

What happens if I have to stop my course mid term because I need to go back to my country?

Again, we are afraid, that you will lose your course and we cannot reimburse you. Once a group course begins there are no cancellation privileges as per our terms & conditions (see also your receipt for the course).
