Accommodation

While studying in Edinburgh there are a variety of accommodation options available.  We can help arrange home stays, B&B’s, hotels, and self-catering apartments.  We have long-standing relationships with proprietors and hotels throughout the city and we urge you to take advantage of our knowledge.

Whatever form of accommodation you choose, our multilingual staff will be happy to provide further information and assistance in all aspects of your stay in Edinburgh. We want you to feel happy and comfortable even outside of our school, so please contact us if you have any queries about any aspect of your accommodation.

NB: Finding accommodation in August is extremely difficult due to the world famous Edinburgh International Festival. Early booking is essential!

Home Stay

Stay and live with a local family for the duration of your course in Edinburgh. To ensure our high standards we regularly visit all of our host families in order that you have an enjoyable and comfortable time. Accommodation is based on a single room with breakfast and dinner. By staying with a family you have the chance to practice your English outside inlingua and immediately apply that day's lesson. You also have the perfect insight into family life in Scotland! Most families live within a 15/20 min bus ride from our language centre and are thus within easy reach.

B&B

Should you wish more privacy in the evenings then a B&B might be the right option. Carefully selected city centre B&B's will ensure that you can relax in comfortable surroundings after your day at inlingua Edinburgh.

Hotel

If you are a discerning traveller and need more business-type facilities, we are happy to offer hotel accommodation to suit your style and budget. We have negotiated special rates for 3*, 4* and 5* hotels within walking distance to our language centre.

Self-catering apartment

If you are looking for a home from home then a self-catering flat might be exactly what you need. We deal with a range of excellent agencies to find a suitable home during your stay in Edinburgh.
