Application process (for students of English outside the UK)

You can enrol on one of our courses by contacting us via email, phone or by visiting us in person. Please apply as early as possible so we have time to process your application and organise accommodation. Once you have advised us of your desired course and schedule, we will send you an application form and organise an assessment to determine your level. After we have received the completed application form, we will send you a course offer with an invoice for a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the cost of the course, the registration fee, accommodation fee and any applicable courier fees. Once we have received payment of this invoice, we will send written confirmation of the course booking, an invoice for the remaining balance and a welcome pack including school information, timetables, travel information and useful phone numbers. If you have booked accommodation through us, we will send full details, including directions, as soon as they become available. Please send us details of your travel arrangements to the UK as soon as they become available, even if you have not booked an airport transfer service with us. Let us know immediately if you have to change your course dates due to unforeseen circumstances or if your visa application has been refused.

For students of English/Other Languages applying from within the UK
